- What size dog can your toy withstand? Every pet is different when it comes to destruction, we have Great Danes who have played with their toy for months, or Chihuahuas who have destroyed them within days.
- What surface is recommended? Our Suction Pup TugToy is best used on as flat of a surface as possible for best results.
- Will my pet scratch my floors? Pets with trimmed nails show little to no damage when it comes to scratched surface. For best results, test various indoor & outdoor surfaces to find what works best for your pet.
- How do I remove the toy? Each suction cup has a tiny anchor that will easily release from any surface.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing an unexpected high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we can’t guarantee shipping times.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number / tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
BreezyPuppy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to sender however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at email@example.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status. Please note our Refund Policy.
